Cristhiano Marques began his journey in 2013, leveraging his extensive fitness knowledge and training experience to help clients embark on their fitness journeys. He quickly gained a reputation for facilitating remarkable transformations and motivating clients to remain positive, consistent, and dedicated to their goals. His principles of taking the 'first step' and maintaining motivation are embodied in the logo he created, which initially appeared on a few items worn by himself and his training partners. The demand from fellow gymgoers created a full line of wearable, functional, and innovative gym apparel—FSM Gym Wear. Through strategic sponsorships, FSM Gym Wear has grown into an international brand with a global fan base.

Who is Cristhiano Marques?
Cristhiano Marques is a nutritionist and personal trainer based in London, UK
who specialises in body composition improvement, weight loss, hypertrophy, and bodybuilding athlete training.
Methodology
Cristhiano’s approach ensures that clients feel welcome and respected, emphasising the importance of individualised care without discrimination. He prioritises resistance training for improving body composition and offers daily coaching rather than one-time consultations to achieve the best results. This allows clients to ask questions and make necessary adjustments throughout their fitness journey.
Experience
Cristhiano’s interest in nutrition began in 2014, when he attended a technical nutrition course by the IFBB Bodybuilding Federation. Since then, he has attended numerous seminars and is part of an advanced nutritionist training group. With over a decade of experience, he offers customised one-to-one personal training sessions and, after graduating with a BSc in Human Nutrition, now provides in-person nutrition consultations in central London and online coaching. He has worked with clients from various countries, including England, Brazil, Spain, Dubai, and Sweden, specialising in training athletes in the Classic, Men’s Physique, and Bikini categories.
Curiosities
Cristhiano has competed multiple times in bodybuilding, demonstrating his commitment to practicing what he preaches. His last competition was in 2018, when he became the UK Classic Men’s Physique Champion (over 180 cm) under the IFBB federation. Despite his love for pizza, burgers, and other indulgent snacks, Cristhiano has mastered moderation and now uses his knowledge to help others achieve their nutritional goals while satisfying their cravings in a balanced way.

My career started 5 years ago, I was very self-conscious and having tried so many different methods of getting in shape, I finally found my success in weight-loss and, most importantly, learnt how to sustain my results. It all changed when I adopted the methods from Cristhiano. Since then, I truly felt like a new person.
Through undergoing strenuous training for bodybuilding competitions, I have gained a real understanding of the secrets to getting fit and how important the likes of good posture, resistance, core stability, mental strength and nutrition are to total body health, and ultimately to your performance.
I focus on how exercise can vastly improve health for the long term without injuries and how I can support my clients in making positive changes for the long term, as well as helping them to discover a new inner confidence in the way they look and feel.
